The most common natural method is to carry out regular exercise to improve breast size, firmness and overall breast health. The other useful methods include use of medicines and surgery.

Exercise:

Breast exercise is the most important and most effective method of breast enhancement. One of the most important benefits of the exercise is that, the exercise has no long time side effects. These exercises give a lot of confidence to women. Under the guidance of a suitable trainer, safe procedures and proper exercise should be aimed at

  • Overall improvement in breast health and fitness.
  • Overall improvement in tone, elasticity of the skin.
  • Reducing stress and overall feel better.

Enhancement pills and creams:

A number of breast enhancement pills and creams are available in the market, but a lot of women complaint about their effectiveness. These pills or creams may have various side effects also. It is advisable to avoid these so-called breast enlargement pills and creams, as you are not only spending huge money on these pills, but also at the same time putting your health at risk.

Breast enhancement and shaping System:

It is one of the non-surgical alternatives for breast enlargement and shaping. In this system of breast enhancement a gentle pull (tension) is applied to the breast area, which will result in the growth of new breast tissues. The system is based on a tension induced tissue growth as a three dimensional tension is applied on the breasts from outside and thus stretching the cells to fill the gap.

Surgical Enhancements:

Surgically breast enhancement is carried out with the aim to enhance the size and shape of breast, to fill the reduced breast volume after pregnancy, to balance the breast size difference and overall improvement in the body contour and confidence in women.

In surgical enhancements also known as augmentation mammography, a material known as implant is inserted behind each breast, and thus the size of bustline can be increased up to one or even more bra cup sizes.

Implants:

Implants are silicone shell filled with either silicone gel or saline water.

Risks associated with implants:

  • The most common problem associated with surgical implant is known as capsular contracture, and in this situation the capsule begins to tighten. This may result in hardening of breast and can sometimes need the replacement of the implants.
  • Women have also reported Bleeding and infections after surgical implant and in some cases a re-operation may be required to remove the blood and to correct the infection.
  • Sometimes the implants may break and in case of saline filled implant, the saline fluid will move to the surrounding areas and will be absorbed by the body. However in case of silicone gel filled implant, the silicone gel may move to the surrounding areas and may irritate the neighboring tissues. In both the cases a further operation is required to replace the implants.
